Questions

7 days or 6 months: which do I need?

The 7-day review fits one application now: one CV or one offer, marked up line by line, then up to 5 re-checks of it and 50 advisor questions within 7 days. The 6-month pass fits the whole move: a review for every job you apply to and every offer you get, the advisor and every planning tool, for 6 months.

What happens to my documents?

We read the text of your file with our AI provider, Fireworks AI, to write the report. It isn't stored by them or used to train AI. We keep the file for 30 days so you can come back to the report and check a new version, then delete it; you can delete it sooner from the report.

Which cities do the rules cover?

Dubai today. The CV review checks what Dubai recruiters screen for and what UAE law says about CVs; the offer review checks the letter against UAE labour law, or the DIFC's own law if your employer is there. Every rule has its sources, and we add cities as we write their rules.

Is the offer review legal advice?

No. It's general information: a check of the letter against the law, with the article behind each note and the questions to ask. For your own case, ask the employer, or MOHRE, which answers questions on contracts for free.

Can I get a refund?

The pass: yes, within 14 days, no questions asked. The 7-day review: in full until your first review runs, then only if the review fails.

When should I get the pass?

As soon as you're seriously looking, not when you're about to move. Before you apply, so your CV is ready. Before you sign, so you don't accept a low salary or bad terms. 6 months covers a typical search and move.

Why is the price different in my country?

We set one fair price per country, so it costs about the same share of a typical tech salary wherever you are. It's the same product everywhere, for every city we cover. The price is picked from your location; you can change your country at any time.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Every city guide, the check, the ATS CV check, the gratuity calculator, the job list and all our data are free. You only need an account to see the detailed tables.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once. The pass gives 6 months of full access and never renews, so there's nothing to cancel.

What happens when my pass ends?

You go back to Free and keep everything you saved. If your move is taking longer, you can extend.

Do you charge for jobs or take a cut of my salary?

No. Applying is always free and goes to the employer or job site directly. Never pay a recruiter to get a job.
