Prices

The National (Dubai's statistics office), 20 August; Gulf News (UAE Fuel Price Committee), 31 August
Rents
Rents are falling for new tenants: CBRE measured a 6.2% drop in the second quarter, and new leases in the same buildings cost about 15% less than in January. Renewals have barely moved, so compare before you renew.
